Yes, we use subcontractors for a variety of trades such as roofing, sheetrock, electrical, plumbing, insulation, flooring and painting. All subcontractors hired by Bielefield Construction Inc. are licensed and insured. We have solid, long term, relationships with our subcontractors and use only the best. We work closely with each of them to coordinate and manage all subcontractors to provide you, the home owner, with peace of mind throughout the entire process.

We are not able to commit to guaranteed start dates as we are usually finishing up with other projects we are committed to complete. We give our clients anticipated start dates and try our best to stick to them.

For obvious reasons, it’s in everyone’s interest to finish every project in a timely manner. Due to the wide range of building projects we offer, the project time frames vary widely. For instance, there is often a considerable difference between our Residential and Commercial Construction projects. Naturally, an ADU will not require as much time as a new home build. We realize the importance of completing remodels as near the completion date as possible due to the imposition that inevitably accompanies home remodels. Prior to the job starting, we will provide time estimates and a schedule for the projected work including all the labor, trades and inspections. It’s always our policy to keep our clients aware of any changes in the schedule as we work our way through the process.
