We are not able to commit to guaranteed start dates as we are usually finishing up with other projects we are committed to complete. We give our clients anticipated start dates and try our best to stick to them.
For obvious reasons, it’s in everyone’s interest to finish every project in a timely manner. We realize the importance of completing remodels as near the completion date as possible due to the imposition that inevitably accompanies home remodels. Prior to the job starting, we will provide time estimates and a schedule for the projected work including all the labor, trades and inspections. It’s always our policy to keep our clients aware of any changes in the schedule as we work our way through the process.
